Fifteen days 'til Xmas

Sunday afternoon already...the weekend flew by.

The Chargers beat the tar out of the Broncos. The Chargers are now the AFC West champs but I won't get too excited about their prospects at making the SuperBowl....been there, done that. I'm happy Phil Rivers is playing so well, must be tough for such a talented player being drafted by the Bolts, considering Ryan Leaf's turmoil a few years ago.

I read the Offbeat News most days, usually after I read the NYT front page news. One story really made me laugh. Drunk Parade Float Driver Arrested. Although, I suppose it's really not a laughing matter, especially not for him. He faces 36 charges including drunk driving and assaulting an officer.

We're apparently in the storm track again, the rain started early Saturday morning and will be around for most of the week.
