The Easter Bunny wouldn't like ProFlowers

Judging by the number of folks searching Al Gore's Internets for "Pro Flowers + Easy Saver Scam" and "Pro Flowers Supervisor", I'm guessing ProFlowers and Easy Saver have pilfered a ton of money this Easter. My Blog has seen a record number of hits...which really pisses me off.

The folks at ProFlowers (aka Liberty Media, Provide Commerce, Cherry Moon Farms, Secret Spoon Sweets, Red Envelope and Shari's Berries) and Easy Saver (aka Encore Marketing)have visited my Blog too...using the same search criteria. Yep, they know about all of the pissed off consumers. Do they care? Apparently not...if they did, they'd probably clean up their act and drop the deceptive tactics. Money is their addiction and, until consumers and the legislature stop them, they'll just keep taking your money and skip to the bank.

Okay folks, I'm not trying to embarrass you...they got me too. I got my money back but I'm spreading the word until these scammers stop. I have blogged about this scam since Nov 2007 (check out my earlier posts) and I have spoken to the Director of Marketing at ProFlowers...and they're still scamming. So, if you're gonna send flowers to mom on mother's day, use FTD or Florist.com but please don't order online from ProFlowers.com. And, if you have already been scammed by Easy Saver and ProFlowers, don't give up until you get ALL of your hard-earned money returned!!

Thanks, Stephen. Yep, I did indeed run across your blog when I did a search for Easy Saver...which billed me after I used Proflowers to get flowers for Mom on Mother's Day. Terrible business practices, really.

BTW, I love the "habanero dude" name!

Thieves got me too. Supposedly, they let me "cancel" (like I ever enrolled). We'll see what happens. Will never use proflowers again. Filed a BBB complaint.

be persistent! both companies should give a full refund. your local District Attorney may be able to help if you're interested in pursuing legal action.
