This week's peddling

I put around 180 miles on the bike odometer this week...pretty good considering the heat Portland has been experiencing. Tomorrow is forecast for 100 degrees but the humidity will be low, so I'm not especially concerned. I'll have my CamelBak of water and a good portion of my ride is along the Willamette river. The hot-spot will be riding up Interstate...a treeless asphalt oven.
